Do you bring your own supplies ?
Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered micro-fiber and soft cotton towels. You will be happy to know that we also have eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented options. If you would like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to do so.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key or there code so we can clean while they are away. All customer keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, Just call us with the location prior to the arrival.
Do you provide free estimates ?
We offer in home, and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get a written you will have to go to our estimate tab on our website and fill out the proper information. In order to give an accurate house cleaning estimate we will need to know what type of service and how many square feet we will be cleaning. For any other estimates please call us at (210) 570-5908
Do i need to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
Yes! We do not pick up your things and then clean. Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges.
Do you clean with pets in the home?
Yes we do! We love animals! usually when we do a walk through of the home for an estimate we also get to know your fur babies so there more comfortable when we are around cleaning.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!
