24 Hours before your Appointment

If you would like to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, it is still a full charge that is non refundable. Please understand, your booking takes away from another customer who could have booked in that timeframe. Depending on the circumstance, you may be able to reschedule within 24 hours. Please contact us for more information if such a situation arises.

48 Hours to 24 Hours before your Appointment

If canceled within 48 hours but not later then 24 hours before the appointment, you are eligible for account credit while having the ability to apply it to any cleaning in the future or rescheduling your clean to a later time.

48 Hours or sooner before your Appointment

If you would like to cancel before the 48 Hour timeframe before your appointment, you can receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
